Here's what you need to know:

Writing sessions happen at 9:30am Pacific Time EVERY DAY
â
 1-hour live Q&A meetings are held on Wednesdays at 11am Pacific Time.
â
Every meeting includes 15 minutes of meditation, 60 minutes of writing, and 15 minutes of social time at the end.
â
To earn the free coaching session and line edits on your work, you need to attend an entire 90-minute writing session at least three times in seven days.
â
The Q&A sessions don't count toward your three in seven (but we highly encourage you to come - we have the BEST conversations!)

When you submit your work (up to 1,000 words) for feedback, you will also book your 30-minute coaching call.

I help aspiring authors write more and suffer less.
For years, I struggled with focus, self-doubt, and scenes that felt too heavy to write. That all shifted when I discovered mindfulnessânot as a buzzword, but as a powerful part of my writing practice.
When I realized what a difference meditation made in my writing, IÂ enrolled in a two-year mindfulness teacher training through the Greater Good Science Center at UC Berkeley and began integrating those tools into my work with writers.
Since then, I've created the Sit Write Here Mindful Writing Community. It's the writing group I always wanted but could never find: supportive, flexible, and enduring.Â
