Remember, meditation is a practice. It’s not about doing it “right.” It’s about showing up, noticing what happens, and beginning again (as many times as it takes).

Try them more than once. Experiment with what feels good. You might find that one becomes your go-to before writing, or that different meditations work better depending on your mood or where you are in your process.
